  • Who am I dealing with?
    • SmartMediaExchange is operated by Concho Cameras. We are a small dealer located in West Texas, USA. You may know us from eBay or Amazon or our main web site. You can view our reputation with Paypal by clicking here.

  • Do you take trades?
    • Yes! Your order will contain instructions and a price list of current allowances. We accept all smartmedia 8MB and above in trade, even non-functional media. Payment is handled as a partial refund against the original purchase transaction. We also purchase working smartmedia outright. Payment is by Paypal. Contact us for details!

  • Is there a warranty?
    • Yes! These used cards are guaranteed to function the same as a new card for 30 days after purchase. If the card fails during the warranty, simply mail it back for a refund or replacement. A pre-approved RMA and shipping label will be enclosed with the order.

  • Where do these cards come from? are they remanufactured?
    • Our cards are obtained from many sources including other on-line sellers and other dealers. Because SmartMedia cards are monolithic, it is not possible to repair, rebuild or refurbish them. Only programatic recovery is possible. We do not sell cracked or chipped cards.

  • What brand will I get?
    • Our inventory contains a mix of brands roughly equivalent to the market share of each brand when the cards were still in production. Brands include SanDisk, PNY, Simpletech, Memorex, Centon and many others. Scarce supply makes it impossible to accept orders for a specific brand.
